I offer you the freedom to talk openly in a confidential and supportive setting. I believe that whatever has led you to counselling can be explored and processed without judgement, with the aim to help make sense of the difficulties you may be experiencing. I provide counselling in a place where you have the time and space to find understanding of yourself, to bring clarity and enable you to gain personal insight and awareness giving the possiblity to move forward in your life.

I am registered with the The National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, which means I work along the guidelines of the ethical framework. I also have regular supervision to ensure that my work is as effective as possible. I am fully insured and hold a current enhanced DBS.

Sessions are available Tuesday to Friday, between 10am - 4pm.

I am available for face-to-face, online or over the telephone. The rate is £60 for 50 minutes.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties we can look at this together and possibly arrange something more affordable for you.

I offer an initial, free, no obligation telephone appointment. This is an informal chat to give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and to explore your goals a little more.

If either of us feel that this is not suitable for you then I will support you in the right direction. However, if you do decide to go ahead, we can arrange a suitable time and day for weekly sessions.  I can offer short or long term therapy.

I believe that self-awareness is powerful and holds the key to finding unconscious answers. I work with a person-centred approach, which means I work alongside you using relevant theories such as CBT, Mindfulness & Psycho-Education with the aim of helping you to understand yourself and your situation better.
